Devo is not as hard as people make him out to be, if you can multitask then he's easy

I know this is a year late, but what makes Devo hard is the positioning for the doll into his real damage confirms. If your opponent just dies to j.C into Piranha dive while refusing to reversal the way Mr.System did in the video then yeah he isn't hard.
