Sir, how can we make birth certificate online legally of a person if birth certificate is not made at the time of his/her birth. Because if we want to change our DOB in our aadhar (in case if our DOB is wrong). Then the person at aadhaar centre asks for Birth Certificate (because if we take an example of 14 yrs old boy who has passed his 8th class and is going into 9th class then school teacher asks to correct our DOB because our DOB is wrong in aadhaar because he has to do online registration and in case if he has done online registration with aadhaar details then we have no option to correct when the result is released. Is there any govt website for this?

Sir, aap education ke field me B.Ed,BLIS, ka degree, private or state university se without class/home delivery exam paper and direct degree student ko mil jata hai. Isme kitna fraud hota hai and kaise. Kyuki student jitna jaldi ho degree lena chahte hai with good percentage, jo ki bad me malum chalta ki fraud ho gaya. Tab bahut bhari rakam spent ho chuka hota hai.
