I received a call from FedEx, telecom dept etc., but it is irrelevant so I ignored and when I call 1930 it was not valid..is there any other customer care.

I received a recorded message , saying , this is a call from state bank of India you are not responding to notification call from state bank of india , to know more details press 8 . So I pressd 8. A ring went and one fellow took the phone and said an enquiry section from state bank of india how can i help you. I said i dont need any help , but i received a call from state bank and they told me I am not responding to notification calls so he told me let me check , this is a big story it takes minimum 4 to 5 pages
