I booked Zoom car and the vehicle was not delivered on time stating that unable to locate the vehicle. After the Drop of time passed the delivery technician informed that the vehicle is punctured and will be delayed. Okay after 5 hrs into booking time the vehicle was ready for delivery but by that time I had arranged alternate arrangements. Was informed by zoom car that the booking was cancelled with a mear refund of Rs 300 for the vehicle was not delivered. Remaining 1600 rs no account. I will not recommend this service Very very pathetic customer service Help and support is a tragedy
