One of the best piano performances I've ever heard. So thankful to WRCJ Detroit for introducing me to this remarkable pianist. As a pianist myself I can appreciate the skill involved in playing this, but I am struck by the personality Mr. Park inserts into each variation, sometimes pausing between them, and at other times leading sensuously from one into another. Every piano teacher should be using this as an example of what "performing" actually means. Despite the encumbrance of that very short little finger on his right hand, Mr. Park dives right into the fire of Brahms' most challenging passages totally without trepidation, and makes us believe! Mr. Park loves the piano and it shows. Each movement is glorious with sensitivity and passion. If Brahms were around he would be choosing Mr. Park to play his piano music without exception. A great gift. I hope to hear a great deal more of him.

"One of the best piano performances" you've ever heard? Pity, then for the lots of mistakes he made, althouth it is really a nice performance. Even Richter used to make mistakes but not so many - listen to him as well, and to a lot of others please.
