Presenters should learn to understand that Jalango is not the same man who was in Kiss 100. Many things have changed from then, he is economically and academically empowered 100x. How to deal with him requires mature logic, he is no longer just a comedian. Jeff insulted him once when he discovered that Jalango is out shinning him and dd not take it kindly with Jeff and today Alex wants to play a big man here. Switching off his mic whether it was drama or not I don't take it kind either. Let me not read too much for it can be a trick on one wanting to resign BUT try to understand that Jalas is no-longer someone you can toy with.

The negative side of a relation is, of course, more easily recognizable as dysfunctional than the positive one. And it is also easier to recognize the source of negativity in another than to see it in yourself. It can manifest in many forms: possessiveness, jealousy, control, withdrawal and unspoken resentment, the need to be right, insensitivity and self-absorption, emotional demands and manipulation, the urge to argue, criticize, judge, blame, or attack, anger, unconscious revenge for past pain inflicted by a parent, rage and physical violence. " "It may appear that if you could only eliminate the negative or destructive cycles, then all would be well and the relationship would flower beautifully - but alas, this is not possible. The polarities are mutually interdependent. You cannot have one without the other. The positive already contains within itself the as yet unmanifested negative. Both are in fact different aspects of the same dysfunction." Eckhart Tolle.

I agree 100% with Alex, the problem is lack of law enforcement. I think Jalas has been driving his luxury cars for a long time he has lost touch with the situation on the ground. The matatu industry is half controlled by thugs and mungiki and an A Citizen will not risk an argument with those guys. You stop the matutu by the roadside it will stop wether it’s full or not and once you are in you can’t get out for free. You’ll either have to pay for the trip and exit because you are obeying the law and pay for another matatu which you’ll have no guarantee it has an open seat. The reason the carnage is non existent in other countries is because effective law enforcement. On the other hand Alex was very disrespectful to Jalas and proud of him for not allowing anyone to bully him
