its just popular now thats all there is to it. people will always hate popular shit or like/not like it because of the status of it. i found this album in 2013 when i was an anorexic suicidal little asshole. helped me a ton. itll be a nostalgia album for me forever. think the issue is people put artists on a pedestal or some shit. they're like oh my god what an amazing person. and actually what makes their music so fucking good is that they aren't. they aren't a perfect person and thats what makes it relatable. perfect people are overrated as fuck man.
