Alex & Meredith I Light me up (Tribute)

I have wanted to make an Alex & Meredith friendship video for a long time, but have never been inspired until I heard this song, I finished this video and rendered it last Friday night the day before the news broke that Justin had already left Greys Anatomy, but haven't had internet for a few days to upload it as soon as I had finished it, I guess this is now a tribute video for Alex and Meredith's friendship for the last 16 years.
I cannot believe that Meredith is the only one left now from the original cast members, I'm going to miss Alex so much he has come along way and changed so much throughout the last 16 seasons, I'm going to miss his friendship with Meredith as well as his relationship with Jo(I'm working on a tribute video for these two) they have both been through so much together and are always by one another's side through it all, I hated the lack of Meredith and Alex scenes in season 16 and now knowing they won't ever have another scene together makes me more annoyed about it and also very sad.
I'm so disappointed that Alex doesn't get a proper send-off after 16 seasons he's just written out!! we don't even get a proper goodbye between him and Meredith (or Jo), I really hope he does come back for at least one episode because Alex and the fans all deserve a proper goodbye.

Justin Chambers leaving has to be the biggest loss for the show in 16 season. No character matured more than he did and no character was a better real friend to Meredith then he was. So often the advice Christina gave Meredith was for Christina’s benefit even to the point of lying about what Lexie and Derek were doing to stop Derek from forcing her to teach Lexie. I really hope he has some guest appearance’s.

🥺🥺🥺 my heart 💔 my babies! I love them so much! They grew so much together and as individuals! They had the best friendship I have ever seen. And this is from someone who loves the Cristina/Meredith friendship to death; Cristina and Meredith were soulmates but Alex and Meredith were each other's anchors. They were a part of each other and understood each other so much. This was such a beautiful video and song choice and I am so glad I found it!

Such a great video to an incredible friendship. We all know that Alex would never leave Jo or Mer, so I'm sure that Alex will get killed off, and Jo and Mer will lean on eachother for support. I completely respect Justin's descion to focus on his family and his health. That's more important than him being on the show. But I will miss him so much. Alex was truly the best character, and Merlex was my favorite friendship while Jolex was my favorite couple. I hope that if he is getting killed off, then Jo will discover herself to be pregnant with his baby and then Mer will help her out. Please do more GA/Merlex/Jolex/Alex videos.

I agree with everything you said, Id hate for Alex to be killed off but honestly it is the only way to explain his leaving the show, without doing the storyline there doing atm with him just leaving Jo something he would never do and ruining his character growth from the last 16 seasons, definitely not ready for this week's episode 😭

@@bellacooper7937 Same. Words can not contain how much I hate that episode. They completely made Alex look like an a-hole. They made it seem like what he had with JO Barely meant anything to him. While she was busy worrying about him, he had lied to her, ghosted her and was cozing up with his ex. Also what about Meredith and her kids. He was uncle Alex, the only father figure in their lives. But now he just left them all without saying goodbye. I hate his ending. Worst GA exit ever. Death woulf have been better.

I understand they had to find someway to make him leave but tbh I would have rather him die. It would have been sad but we still would have remembered him as the Alex Karev we knew and loved.
