The fifa ratings don't make sense that's for sure. Mane should probably be the 5th or 6th strongest player in that Liverpool squad. It should be Van Dijk, Fabinho, Gomez, Matip, Kabak and then Mane for strength in that Liverpool squad. Manes should be at least in the low 80s.
