Alex Sarr 2024 NBA Draft Profile | Potential No. 1 Pick!

7-foot-1 French big man Alex Sarr is the consensus favorite to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft. The 19-year-old out of France has outstanding two-way potential, boasting ideal physical tools with a 7-foot-5 wingspan and decent fluidity. Sarr can switch onto guards, wreak havoc in passing lanes, rotate off-ball, and deter shots at the rim.
Offensively, he displays promising feel, touch, and coordination. He fits the mold of a coveted big man at the next level with the ability to operate out of DHOs, space the floor, and pressure defenses out of the pick-and-roll.
He spent this past season in the NBL with the Perth Wildcats as a part of the NBL Next Stars program. Sarr is the younger brother of Oklahoma City Thunder forward and former Kentucky Wildcat Olivier Sarr.

Disgusting. Hope this is the reality. Get Capela outta here(thanks for the contribution). Sarr turns this team into a legit threat. A tall center who plays defense, is athletic, AND CAN SHOOT?! Sign me up. I hate the trade Trae people that don’t know he’s our best player since Nique. If you surround him with the right pieces, he’s hard to stop. You can’t guard him 1 on 1. Murray is good enough to be his costar. Jalen at the 3 and Double OO at the 4 increases our size and Sarr at the 5. Might have to trade Bogi(which I don’t like cause he is the most consistent. Maybe 3-6 bad games this year). Trade Hunter unless he’s willing to come off the bench(which I think he’s better at but not for his contract). Give Bruno OO’s old minutes(he brings that big presence off the bench). Need another forward and this team is really good.
