I am with Alex on this - I also want to go to NK, but for different reasons. I think it would be interesting to see a place that has been closed off from most of society for such a long time. 17:11 same here. Hung out w/ gangs growing up but now I got all kinds of Pokémon stuff everywhere. It depends on where you grow up because back then, we had to be thuggy and ready to shank somebody or carry a strap because that’s how everybody else was. Deep down, I wanted to be a Pokémon trainer but we were young and wanted to fit in. Wanting to fit in will never allow you to be true to yourself. Now that I’m older and true to myself, I’m just a Pokémon trainer.

I never seen a hiphop/backpacker head wear seashell/puka shell necklaces in the 90s 🤣 maybe post 2000s but def not in the 90s on the west coast. Pretty sure if they did they were listening to alternate rock like sublime or the offspring for example more than hip hop, especially anything underground/indie
