I found you through watching Dave. I have told you I enjoy riding along with you both in the comfort of my armchair. I'm about to be 81 years old next month May. I've spent over 30 years of my life in law enforcement and almost as many working part time jobs as a professional driver to raise a family and make ends meet. Just out of high school I spent two years in a Seminary to become a Catholic Priest. I thought I had a "calling", but found it was a wrong number! If learned anything in my almost 81 years of life, if you want something, go for it! If you get knocked down, get up and go for it! If it's meant to be, it will be! Both you and Dave I admire! I admit I began watching about 4 or 5 driving channels with Alex being one of them. His channel is the only driving channel I watch now, and I have seen all but two of his videos. Alex has personality that keeps the channel fun and alive instead of a beat up down time of boredom, explanation, and gripe.

I work on the road around the Chicago area as an account rep for a fuel supplier. I drive somewhere close to 500-700 miles a week around the Chicagoland area. Since I found your channel, every time I see a GP Transco truck, I look to see if it's you. So, if you see a weird guy in a black F150 waving and honking at you when you are around Chicago, don't worry, it's just me trying to get on one of your videos lol.

Congratulations, Alex!! I love love love watching your videos. I got my CDL back in 2014, but only drove for a couple months OTR. Even after being in the military for 6 years and some change, the trucking life for me was too much of a lifestyle change. But I still admire watching big trucks go down the road. I appreciate what you all do and some of the things you all have to put up with; i.e. idiot car drivers, lol!! Anytime I see a gp transco truck rolling through my area I try to look and see if it's you! :) I've seen the gp transco trucks but haven't seen you just yet.
