Alex Wilcox ha destacado en los últimos meses como uno de los DJs más interesantes en cuanto a su estilo de producción. Sellando de forma independiente, el DJ tejano se unió al sello MAMA TOLD YA el año pasado, encabezado por la pragmática Anetha.
Wilcox destaca por los sonidos locos y efervescentes de sus temas, ecos, distorsiones de voz y secuencias rítmicas aceleradas. Su estilo es tan peculiar que es fácilmente reconocible. Definitivamente es un artista que vale la pena escuchar. Hay noticias de que este año está pensando en sacar un nuevo disco en TRIP, esperemos que sí.
