Alexa doesn't Connect to the Wifi || Purple Light 🟣 on Alexa || Unexpected error connection drop

Hello guys,
Hope you all are well
If your Alexa is out of warranty you can try this method to fix Alexa because repairing will cost you the approximately the same as purchase price.
But, if your Alexa is in warranty than you can proceed to talk with the customer care and they would probably raise a service request for you.

Buddy I don't know it's useful in the long term or not. But yeah Thankyou soo much as it's connected for now. Please do let me know if you know any method that how can I connect back to my wifi as keeping hotspot on my phone everytime isn't feasible.

Bro i don't have internet on my phone because I'm only using wifi so if I connect to Alexa hotspot then my. Wifi did not work

Check under your wifi device's "Blocked Devices" list, if there's any blocked device, remove it and then restart your Alexa while using the same wifi in Alexa's settings.

If you are using broadband then there's a high chance that Alexa Echo dot has been blocked. Try to remove the blocked devices on your broadband's app/site.

Check my comment above. You need to select the device after it failed in alexa app and hold the action button as per in app guidance again to finish the re-registration process
