@@antoingibson5082 There are a few who have damaged their voices due to screaming out high notes without rest, first to come to mind is of course Taeyeon and Soyeon (T-Ara), after Taeyeon had a good rest she bounced back and is better than ever these days. Sad thing is the companies don't care, they're just the usual money making machine... Hyorin is one of the best lower registries out there and of course known more for high notes and "Main vocal", Yuji is another (Original Exid main and BESTie main). I hope it really starts changing as it's not healthy either. I feel you on finding something that ends up doomed, I have listened since Jewelry back in 2001 and follow nugu more where there is a LOT of talent who don't have the money to bolster it. I think 7 months was too long to wait for a comeback. Ik it takes a lot of effort & she worked hard for this. I'm not criticizing her or her team but over half a year is a long time for new fans to wait for more music. I'm glad she got writing credit and all, but my feelings about it are mixed, and if other Troopers feel the same, it would explain the low views. It just wasn't the right song to release right now. The LAST thing we needed from her was Yet Another Weepy Ballad in the vein of Never Leave You Alone, Star, or To The Moon and Back. We needed action, we needed real advancement of the AI storyline, not just sly references, as in Xtra, Tattoo, or Vogue. We needed the thundering horses promised at the end of Revolution. Swords, shields, and maybe sorcery. Knights in armor. Giant Robo AleXa.

This was such a gorgeous song! And the surprise English lyrics😍 Oddly enough, the tone of the song actually sounds a lot more like Rosaline (Juliet's cousin and Romeo's previous lover) than Juliet. She basically disappears from the original play after Romeo leaves her, and her story is rarely ever explored outside of the original text, so it's hard to say how she truly felt about the entire situation. But it's always an interesting idea to play with. This song definitely plays up the possibility of the "heartbroken ex" storyline
