It was 4 years ago and we were watching this video several times a day, dreaming. Now we jump but so many people have gone away since then...
@haxto16 жыл бұрын
"Gone away"? Really? They just went away and are somewhere "away" now? Why don't you have the guts to speak and face the facts. That contributes to more people "going away" when you don't just say "he was having so much fun until it wasn't fun and he smashed his body beyond its ability to sustain life. He no longer exists because he chose big thrills for a short time and lost the potential of living for 50 more years and seeing and doing unimaginable things. He tossed it away for a quick thrill. How thrilling can it be at that price? It is pretty cool to watch the film they take while giving up their lives and seeing what it must have been like for them to do it. But the whole death thing is so permanent that I think I'll just settle for watching others and get my thrills second hand and continue living. I know its not quite as real as doing it is but I get the idea and I'll be here to check out the next big thing that is new and exciting and worth watching. And the next. I'm very confident that this wondrous coming together of all the matter and atoms and everything that composed together, AND living, makes up me, I'm pretty certain it's a one time deal, and when my being reaches a point that continuing to sustain life is no longer possible everything goes away and the wonder ends and cognitive awareness stops and never returns. And the best brain of every life form yet tells these guys that jumping off a mountain for thrills is a good decision? This is the most advanced brain of any living species that's ever lived on the planet. All that AND relatively decent health, life in the best location of the planet, so what am I gonna do with all this fantastic good fortune (but good fortune that will only happen ONE TIME and for a LIMITED TIME, I'm gonna utilize that superior brain and jump off a mountain with a suit that propels me and do it VERY close to and along terrain so that it makes it exciting because I know that I will die if I hit the terrain going this fast. But destroying the body that my head lives on doesn't seem like an extremely moronic act and an unfathomable thing to voluntarily do because...hey, it's fun? Until it's not.

he cant hear you, and he's not resting, in peace or any other way, he no longer exists, he's dead, tossed it for a few short term thrills, nothing glorious or romantic about it. "Dammit"? Well, go ahead and be "inspired" and toss your life away for fun, try not to fool yourself too much that "you'll be missed" or that you "inspired" someone else to kill themselves. Or that if you piss away your life being stupid it's all good if you did it "doing what you loved", even if what you loved was moronically ignorant but WAY fun! Yea, just do it. Being alive is probably over-rated anyway. I mean how bad can being dead be anyway? It's probably way better, sleep is never an issue, none of the shit we sweat living is going to bother you one bit after your dead. No more money problems, cops don't fuck with you, nothing gives you cancer when your dead. There's no pain OR gain. No haters. Starting to sound pretty good, eh? Jump in.

Shawn Hax You must lead a depressing life to be leaving such long hatred comments. It's BASE jumping. It isn't anything new. There are people out there willing to sacrifice everything to live the dream. Life goes quick. Sooner than later, you'll be all wrinkly and old, looking at the mailbox waiting for your daily mail to come. Cause that's all you have left to look forward too. Your body is just rotting away and you can't wait to die. It's there decision to jump so who hell are you ? Not every base jumper dies. It's knowing when to back off, when the risk outweighs the reward. You can't say shit to these guys cause their living it the fullest and your probably just sitting there wanking it to the old pornhub. Fucking loser . Rant off
