One thing that might seem minor but I really love about these videos is that they always show Volk's teammates and his whole training team. Volkanovski is incredibly talented and works extremely hard, but it's good to remember that behind every great fighter is a great team. It might be 1v1 combat when the Octagon doors close, but Volk's camp does a great job of preparing him as well as possible for each fight. Acknowledging that fact in these videos says a lot of good things about who Volk is as a person.

Ur crazy bruh, the one time I did go to failure on a treadmill my legs turned to jelly, on a different note the days after that I felt lighter then ever and my stamina was basically at a all time high so that’s a plus in exchange for the jelly legs.

But she did have several moments of sadness about the result during that timespan. This shines a light onto one of the many great things about having a family. So long as they like you; one couldn’t care less about other people’s perception of them. Here is some free advice: there is no need to add your two cents about some strangers kid. She was upset over the result. That’s it. Kids at that age still have a hard time controlling their emotions. How dare you say that she may have severe emotional issues. It is out-of-line to try and put that evil on an innocent child. Why are so many MMA fans so damn toxic?
