Really, the first accuser if you read about her appears mentally unstable. She even injected herself with his insulin. The ATP did a whole one year investigation with a third party firm and interviewed many people and found there was insufficient evidence to prove her allegations. She never went to police and only went to a reporter known to be disreputable. The second one clearly wants attention and money. She broke up with him and went online to boast how she is pregnant with his child but just wants to raise the child for herself without any joint custody and kept posted videos of her pregnancy to gain attention as a model and online influencer. His law firm said has medical evidence to prove her accusations are false as well which is why requested a trial. I would wait until the evidence is shown at trial before jumping to conclusions.

He won defamation suit on the first allegation as well as the ATP did take it seriously. They investigated for more than a year with an independent private investigation firm and concluded there was insufficient evidence to support her allegations. She never sought medical care for any injuries, never filed a restraining order and never went to police but only a disreputable journalist who now is banned from attending any professional tennis tournament. The second dropped the charges after actually went to trial because if you read the summary of evidence against her in Deutsche Welle the official German news, the first day of trial she was lying to try to get full custody of their daughter. Yes, he paid all court costs because she has no money other than what he pays her for child support. He had gone to court to prevent her from posting pictures of their child online and that stopped her income. She tried to make a living in making money by posting on social media and exploiting their child because he is a world famous tennis player. She had no evidence of any physical injury and a medical forensic evidence was going to testify against her. She dropped the charges before she was made a fool. She agreed to joint custody of their child and apparently there was a new financial agreement regarding the child support. Their statement at end of trial was that they were both happy to end their public dispute and wish to raise their daughter in a positive environment. There obviously was bitterness in how things ended. She said previously in online posts she hated the constant traveling of being a tennis girlfriend and after she became pregnant did not want to share custody and travel around the world with the baby which was a major disagreement they had which led to their breakup shortly after she became pregnant. They dated less than a year. Zverev now has been with Sophia Thomalla for more than 3 years and during the allegations she fiercely defended him proclaiming he is innocent.

I love tennis. But man, I hate tennis players lol. Maybe because it’s a an solo sport. Athletes are so narcicistic and borderline psycho. Injuries are all unfortunate, but cannot watch how dramatic he was when he got injured. Compare that to video of Kevin Pillar, a baseball player who got hit by the pitch in the face.
