If you have Kola map you can setup the base on BAS100 highway in Finland

I don't use reshade mate I just adjust my dynamic vibrance you can try it between 60-80 if you have an NVIDIA graphics card till you get desired set of graphics

I strongly recommend a head-mounted motion tracking (trackIR) device so you don't have to use your mouse to look around

The only problem is that headsets cause me headaches I just use replays and look around without losing controls

The map is in early access so it has some bugs and perfptmance to can drop sometimes other than that it's very awesome to create different scenarios hope this help you to make up your mind, btw to achieve stable fps in this map you need to restart DCS when starting a new mission in Kola map 🙏
