I still feel Beth Mead should start in that winger position. Chloe Kelly can be a sub for sure. Beth mead need to keep being consistent with as much play as she can. She’ll be one of the most important player with hemp at the other side. Just a thought.

I'm confused I often am LOL! Did the commentator say Euros hosts versus Euros holders? Are not the Netherlands the holders of the Euro trophy or am I missing something obvious here?

Ah, I wonder if "Euros holders" implies the home of UEFA I.e. where the European trophy resides, which is an absolutely bizarre statement, if you ask me because the holders of the tournament I.e. the Euro holders has to be the last country which won the tournament.

I think the lionesses have a great chance to win the euros and the world cup, all course let's not get to far ahead of our selves of all of games I have been watching, the lionesses seem to be quite consistent, and scoring most of there goals in second half if we going to win against the bigger teams like Germany France China etc we need finish the games in first half ,. But apart from that I think the girls are good to go ,.

Why do many players on both teams raise their hands when the ball goes out of bounds?

They’re calling for the ball, so basically there saying that the ball is there’s either for a throwing or a corner or could be for a foul, there is number of different reasons why they put their hands up Hope this helps.

@@abbscorless9098 Isn't that the official's decision? And why does the goalie put up both hands at a corner kick? There are so many stupid things done in these games. I played soccer for 13 years in my earlier day and never done stupid things like they do today!

@@tonygelok4759 some times the officials can’t see who touches the ball last, the keeper put their hand up at corners so that the refs can see that their not pushing other players away from the goal line, it also makes sure that keeper stands out from the players that are in the box. The rules have been changing throughout the years of football, some are more ridiculous than others

@@abbscorless9098 There are 3 officials, at least 1 will see it. players should be at least 3 feet away from the goalie to be safe from injuries. there is no respect from this younger generation, they argue with officials, they pull each other's clothing and hair, they shove and trip each other purposely. Yup.... NO RESPECT from the younger generation.
