How boring cross-country skiing now without Russian drama

I haven't watched a lot of races since the political sham of excluding the Russian skiers, but the ones that I watched have been extremely boring, especially the men's races. Unfortunately FIS these days is run by Scandinavians and they don't care that the FIS XC is dying. They'd rather let this sport die than have the Russians. They've shown their true colors.

Fr it's pathetic not to have arguably the best country at this sport banned from competing. Especially since Russia has the best skier in the world right now (possibly the greatest ever), and he's still young.
