Exactly! That coffee would have worked for the test . Which means she’s lying to her doctors ! I mean they have eyes . They can see she’s gaining weight at a crazy high rate . She’s messing with her baby’s health and it’s pissing me off . Her doctor needs to know .

they told her from her very first appointment that her weight made her pregnancy high-risk. she lost a pregnancy last year, prob for same reason. but she didn’t take it seriously and here we are-her cravings are more important to her than her child. she’s despicable.

You can get blood tests without a doctor order at most Labcorp sites and at Any Lab Test Now location. An A1C wouldn’t be very costly. ❤

Was surprised you didn't talk about her A1C which she's not mentioning and others saying that most likely her A1C was high and that's the real reason she has to do 4X per day testing ... would love your thoughts on this in your next video! ❤

I'll make a note to mention it. If it was, they very likely could've had her testing for that reason. I thought they had her doing it solely because she has the bypass surgery. The A1C is a reading from the previous 3 months, so a higher reading would indicate she's been eating poorly during the pregnancy (which we know, but it would show her doctor).

@@HecticMolments Pregnancy can affect.A1C readings. She is just testing for GD diabetes because can’t drink the sugary drink even though she drinks a lot of sugar anyway.

63 isn’t low for a non diabetic. 63 is low for a diabetic person. Her second blood sugar, I don’t trust at all. I should note flax and chia seeds are known to lower blood sugar in people with type 2. Matter of fact eating too much can cause a significant dip. I bet she googled this.

Walgreens has A1c kits for $50. Maybe cheaper on Amazon or Walmart? I use a relatives glucose meter that they don’t need I’m on dirty Keto and average weight (for me average is 155 as I’m stuck at it) but i used to weigh 230 plus pounds & im 5’1”…. I was a beach ball. For sure lol

Good job on the weight loss so far, that's impressive! And I'll have to find a Walgreens somewhere near me, that A1C test is a little cheaper than the one I got from Amazon, thanks for that info. And I have really bad hormonal/metabolic issues so I feel the 'stuck' point, way too early. My highest was 193, and I'm currently where I get stuck between 180-183lb. So I have to change things up, tighten it up even more to break through it. (I know that as I lose weight and the metabolic issues get better, it'll be alittle easier to lose weight, more like a 'normal' person, but man it sucks in the meantime. And your weight, 155 is my goal weight for this year, since for my age/sex/height it officially gets me out of the "obese" BMI and into 'just' overweight!)

That is what surprises me. It is the salt and processed food. I was sick for two weeks and couldn't eat anything but fresh food such cucumbers and some fruit and tea. I went down to 145 from 165. My inflammation went down so drastically. So now I am careful and avoiding the food that I ate before. I want to keep this up.

I managed to get a chest infection and ended up in hospital for 2 days. The only reason it was 2 days was because I couldn't sleep with the noise on the ward and begged the doctor to allow me to go home and had to go to my doctor's office every day to be monitored and to have a nebuliser treatment. I was 6 mnths pregnant and the coughing weakened a muscle on my left side that baby pushed off of during labour and it cramped. I was in so much pain from the cramp and even to this day (15 years later) it cramps up if I move wrong. That chest infection is haunting me 15 yrs later and she is moaning about her little cold. I still am so glad covid wasn't a thing back then and I am so sorry you went through that. I would not swap what happened to me with what you went through x

My baby's room was a lot of muted natural colors ... I then added bright baby toys in primary colors including a mobile over the crib and rubber play mats covering the tile floor.. Decor was there but the environment was still for the baby. We had huge bean bags so we could lay or sit on the floor and be with the baby . I don't see Alex adapting like this

Interesting info.....pizza hut pizza doesn't raise your insulin response. I was doing keto, dark on my urine strip, had 4 peices of pizza and 4 bread sticks. It didn't kick me out of ketosis

These woman mainly Alex, Anna, and Amber it amazes me that non are pre or diabetic. People are out there half the size and smaller doing all they should be whilst sometimes be miserable ( me) doing all they can to be good with food whilst still getting pre d and high cholesterol. And none of their doctors state facts unless they do and don’t want to admit it. On another note I don’t like Yar or her mum both wannabes

Preach! I was 245lbs and 5’6” tall and was prediabetic. Foodie’s the only one telling the truth, a rarity in Gorl World, but everyone of the 300-600lb girlies have perfect blood sugars 🙄 I lost 100lbs and now I have normal blood sugar.

I am new to Alex. But her whole house is BORING! It’s HGTV distilled. White kitchen with quartz countertops, check. White/grey walls with generic HomeGoods art, check. The one pop of color are the leather chairs but they really stick out in a sea of nothing. Our house is cream and black but also full of colorful art and pops of color.

A neutral aesthetic is fine. Alex sucks but the color scheme is no big deal. Especially if she gets creative and makes sure she incorportes faces in the room. Babies love faces. I am actually more concerned about her nutrition. She truly doesn't seem to get it.
