Wow that is such a unique craft. I've only just discovered beaded cross stitch myself and literally just ordered my first full kit this morning and I cant wait until it arrives. I'm a bit like you, go big or go home!! For my first I've got a 49cm x 88cm full cover kit!!! Bring it on!!!

The second number in is the amount of grams of each colour I think. I do Russian cross stitch kits and they are the same apart from the plexiglass.

Yes! You are 100% correct! It is the grams of beads. Makes it so useful to reuse this pattern! Where do you get your kits from?

Cralopix I buy them from Etsy, mirkrestikom is the shop, they are expensive but I love doing them so relaxing. The plexiglass one looks interesting but almost double the price of the ones I buy. And I stitch in hand wondering if the plexiglass one may be more difficult to work on. Can’t wait to see how you get on with it. I may be tempted to get a plexiglass one in the future.

If you put in full modern unopened bead embroidery they should all come up
