Wow, this looks so so delicious, good job, love it! :) Could you may talk about carbs, I think lots of people (yes, me too, are a little afraid to eat many carbs, especially now in the time we don't move that much). And idk but maybe its helpful: to prevent the chocolate from breaking into big pieces when cutting the bars, you can hold the knife under hot water first and then dry it. This should help (in case it doesn't work as good as it works when you do It haha) Lots of love and health :)

Thank you! And what a smart tip with the knife 😍 sure that’s a great idea. I also think it’s important to address that. Meanwhile, carbs won’t make you gain weight more than other foods. It’s all about energy in and energy out 😊

What are the measurements for the snack peanut butter oat bars? Was that 1/2 cup oat flour and 1/4 cup nut butter? and how much maple syrup? Oh and, I like this video, you did a great job!

I live in Sweden so they’re pretty easy to find in our supermarkets. Medjool or dries works great as well though!

Buckwheat porridge without cooking??? I think this is not a good preparing of this. It should be cooked or boiled. Or baked as a pancake in a pan!!
