Hello. How did you manage to get video 1.2 and crossfire compatibility? But they are not compatible because of the close frequency?
@AleksandrBalyberdin4 жыл бұрын
Hey, I prefer to use 868Mhz on my CF, so this frequency not so close to 1.2Mhz and you can use it but CF have a some noise on 1.2Mhz (for example Dragonlink doesn't have a problem on 868Mhz). Also I use a Notch filter (from TBS store) on my video RX but I don't have a problems with CF and 1.2Mhz with or without filter.

Hi Виталий, I use a big receiver so there's no problem to connect all channels to Pitlab but in my case I use SBUS connection. Just check the Pitlab documentation. hey? I still didnt get it. why you are using 4s 5200mAh 10 C instead? Why you dont use higher c rating?
@AleksandrBalyberdin5 жыл бұрын
Higher C rate needs for higher Amps. It's good for quads but bad for plane. More C = more weight :) I can got up to 52A from my battery without damaging it. On launch max current about 40A, in cruise flight about 5A. So theres reason why I use only 10C :)

@@AleksandrBalyberdin your explanation is ... Amazing ;) and the last question, why do you use lipo? talking about weight, li-ion battery has double capasity on same weight of lipo battery. actually that is my point that I'm trying to say. Now I'm on research to build a long range system too. Using Inav. but the most long range video on youtube mentioned that they're using Li-ion battery for long endurance flight. when I saw your video and read the description, I realize there is something wrong. Youre using Lipo battery, 10C and get 20Km. Incredible!
@AleksandrBalyberdin5 жыл бұрын
@@ryandconan Thanks :) Simply I use lipo because already have it. I was bought my lipo with big discount ($25 battery) about 3 yesars ago and now is time to change it. I already think to make with li-ion 18650 battery (maybe 4s4p or 4s3p for reduce weight). So if you want long range - li-ion is better but be careful - higher Amps (long time) can damage it. If you need higher Apms (like race quad) theres lipo better (but you can try to use liion with more pack in one cell)

Correct me if this is not how it works but... Take 2 10,000mah 2s 7.4v batteries, get a two to one connector, 7.4×2 is 14.8v, so basically, you crafted a 20,000mah battery.
@AleksandrBalyberdin5 жыл бұрын
Yep, If it parallel connected, but still be 2s (20,000mAh 2s 7.4v). If connect it as series you got 4s but same 10,000mAh (and this bad practice because battery can be damage by different discharge) Better way - made DIY battery from 18650 :) I have 12 battery's but need solder it. 3pc parallel in one cell (4s3p) it will be about 13,000mAh and only 700g weight.
