Many of the posters here, fail to understand the issue. Most certainly it laudable that she is in favor of raising pay for federal firefighters. The ridiculous point is where she identifies that THIS is what being woke stands for. We all know, on both sides of the isle, that woke is about gender and sexual politics with a smattering of false environmental outrage.

AOC has a point about the Pay bro. We Use to get 12 an hr up here in Alaska, that was shitty, that was for the Forrestry Peeps, BLM paid us 16 at the time, and we had fun out there, made the most out of it. 😎
