@3:20 I honestly believe switching to the other side of the plate helps reboot your swing. I switch hit naturally but would hit mostly lefty. Even left on left because I was naturally good at it and could see the ball great left on left. But if I felt like I wasn’t staying through the ball enough I’d always take a few on the right side and when I went back it felt like my left handed swing was so smooth and crisp not cutting off any extension. My brother played high school and college with me and he was right handed. He tried it switching to lefty a few swings and liked the feeling just like I described. We won the first conference champion ship of any sport in our school’s history together. It was a small D3 school but we were loaded with talent. Ah the memories 😌

good to see Bregman talk a lot about deceleration work and working out the body evenly. Bauer is a huge advocate for pitchers to do weighted ball routines with both arms to keep his body even and strong in all areas

Alex, love your idea of taking someone to Spring Training if you hit 200, 000 subscribers. But that's if there is a Spring Training and right now looks iffy for that to happen as the Players Union, MLB and the Owners are nowhere close to signing a new CBA deal. Hope one can be reached soon but both sides are so far apart to get a new one signed. SMDH! Best of everything to you this season!
