Lugs were obviously loose, having worked in a garage, seen it many times. Lucky it didn't happen on a highway doing high speed with traffic.

Not loose. His spacer adapter were not hub centric to the hub and aftermarket wheel.

Lol no. The lugs were not loose, because if that were the case that wheel would of been lost literally on the first turn and considering it went a lap or two on the track... Definitely was not "loose". The problem is those shitty spacer adapters he's using.

@@krisdoma7069 Look at the lug holes in the wheel, being loose causing them to get out of round like that. And no loose lugs will not just let a wheel fall off. He literally put one of the lugs that fell off back on to hold the wheel in place. The vibration just walked them off the rest of the way.
