What driver are you using this season? I'm using the cobra 😍

AlexElliottGolf I quit playing golf 23 years ago, and am very strongly considering playing again. If I restart, it will have to be with a Taylormade driver from around 1996😳...I think a few things have changed since then...🧐😂

Great vid! One important thing is what most don't understand is that you never hit down the target line because with turn your club is left of target. You always hit it front of you and with turn the club is straight down the line it is an offline game. Use you trail arm as a bat of hell and hit in front of you. Like forehand in tennis.

@@AlexElliottGolf I tried the SIM which gave up some decent numbers bit that fin on the bottom. Not for me. The Titleist TS 4 and the Cobra quite similar. The biggest surprise for me was the Ping G410. Always been a huge Ping fan but my eye just didnt fancy it. The Maverik dished up better numbers, sounded the best ( a low quiet punchy solid sound) better dispersion and looked the more compact behind the ball. Never been a massive Callaway fan but the Maverik standard is an amazing piece of kit.

Hi Alex, love the simplicity in which explain your videos, and I’ve used many already. I struggle keeping my left elbow straight during my backswing, and when I try to straighten it, I tense up, become robotic, and lose distance, and get poor contact, any drills or tips for this would be great. I currently play of 9 I’m a 50 year old man with decent flexibility.would love to hear your thoughts thanks Robert.
@rickroll90864 жыл бұрын
Robert Rogers I’m 60 w an 11HCP, and not as slim, flexible or strong as I was....try Alex’s drill for swinging the club w your right hand while holding your right elbow w your left hand (left arm straight across body). It will give you your feeling of how to really rotate your body on the backswing (which is gentler on your body); essentially, if your body turns properly, it is a lot easier to keep your left arm straight while staying loose and relaxed. It’s another great Alex tip!
