Two talented musicians ALEXEY KOLESNIKOV (violin) and ROBERTO PALERMO (accordion) from Italy, have performed the tango-style musical program. This beautiful music will take you to the warm southern evenings, make you forget about all your problems and fill you with the vital energy.
ROBERTO PALERMO is a versatile musician whose journey began with classical #accordion training at the Centro Didattico Musicale Italiano of S. Vincenzo La Costa. While excelling in classical competitions, his love for jazz flourished, leading to collaborations with the ‘Imperfect Jazz Quartet’. Furthering his jazz studies at the “Voglia D’Arte” Institute, he delved into the accordion’s expressive depths under Maestro Renzo Ruggieri’s guidance. Embracing various genres, Palermo views the accordion as a vehicle for diverse musical expression, aiming to promote new compositions and explore contemporary music’s experimental aspects.
Additionally, Palermo has honed his skills through masterclasses with renowned figures such as Fredrick Dechamp and the legendary Richard Galliano, enriching his musical palette and furthering his artistry. His dedication to pushing the boundaries of accordion music, coupled with his classical foundation and #jazz inclination, solidifies his position as a respected and versatile musician in the industry.
ALEXEY KOLESNIKOV is a well-known Latvian #violin virtuoso, a #polystylist musician, a laureate of international competitions, a great violin #improviser, and a participant in television programs and international festivals.
