Our inspiration, Natalia Molchanova, is one of the greatest and most decorated freedivers in history. She was a passionate educator and a role model to many in the freediving community. Molchanovs is firmly rooted in her philosophies and approach to freediving, and is continuously updated with the latest developments in education, technology, and scientific research. We are inspired and honored to have had Natalia as our inspiration. Without her, the Molchanovs Movement would not exist today.

Hi Luca, this specific dive was my personal best and like 20 meters better then my previous best. Mostly yes, I reach best distance in the pool during comps.

I wanna see you explain about your kicking's rhythmic when you are ascending from the depth in cwt and cwtb. It seem like you are doing in the different ways with others. What is in you head on that time? and how is that technique lead you to become the winner?

I focus on relaxation a lot, that's why there are glides in my technique. And in my head I focus a lot of the efficiency and sensation of technique being effortless
