I read its good to test free gifts, like if ur aov is 40$ and giving a free gift away worth say 1$ or less to your cost, boosting orders by 10%, then it may mean u go from unprofitable to slightly profitable and scalable right. Could be some bullcrap like a makeupremoval bursh or mini mirror or something small right. Like how magazines give away stuff sometimes to boost sales.

Very good, maybe you could do next on how to validate product. I got as you said sales but struggling to get profitable, although i am using advertorials. Fb ads are killing me, even with upsells my aov cannot cover fb costs. It will sell only if the price is lower, and then i am losing on fb for weeks now.

Alex I have been a big fan for a long time. My ecom brand does 7 figures a year but to do 7 figures in a month is amazing. What I just don’t get is why you wouldn’t go all in on this brand if you can do this so easily? Not trying to hate but it doesn’t make any sense to me to sell a service for people? Why wouldn’t you just put your focus on this store and create something worth selling for 10+ million and cash out? What am I missing here? My 7 figure brand takes up ALL my time. I just don’t get it

Well Nathan if your 7 fig biz takes all your time, it means you don’t have the right people and systems in place to make it a truly scalable business and get it to 8 figs+. My ecommerce business takes me 1 day a week to run/ supervise. Team does most of the work and team building is a different skill set you would have to acquire if you want to grow. Selling a biz for 10 mil isn’t exciting for me, I could do that anytime if I wanted to. We are going for 9+ figures exit. And the key leverage for me to get there is team and systems. Mostly people, because they build all the systems. That leaves me with lots of time that I can dedicate to content creation and building education arm of our company. Many of the people we hire / bring onboard are coming from our programs so our education business serves our ecommerce business and helps us grow. Let me know if that makes sense
