Suggesting where to buy the MC businesses based on the supply missions is just ridiculous, you should never be doing supply missions, buy staff and equipment upgrades and then only ever buy supplies, it will save you so much more time and money in the long run.

@HoldmyAk time is money, if you are supplying these businesses solo it can take up to 5 missions to fully resupply the business which could take over half an hour to do. If you buy 1 batch of supplies it fully resupplies the business,, then if you go the ammunation run from the bunker and special goods cargo from your office which takes less than 5 minutes for each you've already made back the money you've spent on supplies. Then go do a heist while your supplies are converting to product to sell.

@ yeah but that’s not the point. If you have to buy supplies twice for a business to max it out. That’s a 150k loss on whatever “profit” you sell. I get that you can do other stuff to make up that 150k, but from that business you aren’t making 350k on a sell mission, you are making 200k from that sell as you spent 150k on supplies. I get you can make the money back in other places while it’s going up.

@holdmyak definitely agree with just buying if you own more then one MC biz. Two purchases will net you full stock with upgrades. Also should only own white blue and cash the others don’t turn a great profit using this method.

Some criticism. The biker businesses should always be bought in Blane county for two reasons, the far away sell missions (the ones that give you the most money) will start in Blane and end in the city, since the city is actually fairly small area wise the sell mission drop-off points are closer together making the missions faster. Also on the biker businesses, the absolutely strongest aspect with them is that they produce their value passively meaning if you only ever buy supplies that means you can do cayo perico, casino heist or farm ceo/hangar crates whilst they produce in the background instead of spending your time collecting supplies for the passive businesses, the bunker is the same, you should never ever do source missions if you intend to maximize efficient money making. Also if we’re going strictly by numbers and nothing else the nightclub makes about 300k per 8 hours of game time passively from your other businesses and 50k from the safe meaning another 400k/ 8 hours to a total of 700k for 8 hours of gameplay. A single cayo perico with 2 people pays around 1.3M for the host if you get midrange loot and give 20% to your duo. Which is almost double that so its definitely not gonna make you the most money BUT it is like the biker/bunker businesses, almost fully passive which is a huge +. If you REALLY wanna make huge money do the following: (see my other comment on this comment)

Big boi dollars guide: Start the game, immediately call in your terrorbyte, use it to buy supples for all your businesses, get out of it and call mutt, buy supples for the acid lab aswell, set a timer for 48 minutes on your phone in real life. After that start a cayo perico or casino heist (setups take longer in casino but it also pays more, unless you are two people in which case casino is faster) with efficient strats and a chopper the setups for cayo (my personal choice) is around 25 minutes including the scouting main targets, if you plan on bringing another person (which you should because the heist cooldown is only 48 minutes as opposed to 144 if you do it solo) the heist in total, setup, scouting and the heist itself should take around 40 minutes give or take. Once the heist is done set another timer for 48 minutes. For the next 8-10 minutes, use your terrorbyte and oppressor MK2 to farm CEO crates, if you have two warehouses you wont need you worry about the 3 or so minute cooldown between source missions as they are per warehouse not on you as a player you should also only have large warehouses as that cuts down on the number of sell missions you need saving time. After 2-3 ceo crate missions your passive businesses will have ran out of materials but since you’re already using your terrorbyte you can easily just buy more once your first phone timer goes off then restart it so you know when they run out again. Farm CEO crates for the entirety of your second phone timer untill cayo comes back up, the heist can now be started in hardmode making it so the elite challange pays for the setup cost at 100k, if you do the elite challenge the rest of the money is pure profit. Once your 2nd cayo heist is over your businesses will just about be ready for a 3rd resupply, repeat the CEO crate steps again buying supples once the passive business timer goes off. Once again when cayo comes up repeat those steps, go back to crate farming after, rebuy supples for a 4th time when they run out and now this 4 timer that you set will be the outliar, once it goes off all your businesses will be full meaning its time to sell, if you want to maximize profit sell it all using two to three people in full public lobbies as the high demand bonus will make a massive difference if you want to be safe, bring one friend and sell in invite only lobbies. The only business you do not sell from at this point is the CEO crate warehouses as they wont be full yet and the nightclub as it wont be worth selling for about 3 real life days of 8 hours of gametime a day. The NEXT comment I make awnsering to this one will be running some numbers explaining how much you can expect to make.

Cayo profits: 4 750 000k from four heists with low estimates and you completing the elite challenge. CEO crates: 2 000 000 a day subtracting for the cost of sourcing the crates. Biker businesses: Coke,Meth,Cash & weed = 492k subtracting supplies cost. Bunker: 2 550 000 subtracting supplies cost. Acid lab: 573 000 subtracting supplies cost. This is based on spending 8 hours farming and 2 hours total a day selling total of 10 hours and you will (per 10 hour day of gameplay) a total of : 10 365 000$ this is assuming all businesses are fully upgraded, you being 100% efficient, no cargo griefing happening and so on. So you can make about 10.3 Million dollars a day if you work your ass off. Here is the most important thing tho, GTA is a game, you play it to have fun, most people will not find this fun, its basically having a 2nd job, if you do this, you will burn out eventually, after having farmed over 100M using this method i can tell you personally that it works but it is the definition of tedium. Edit: Forgot to ad the nightclub payouts which would be another 300K~ a day for a total of 10.6 mil.

@@pietroscavo3597 in the most recent update where you can buy the Darnell Bros Garment factory there are upgrades available for purchase for your terrorbyte (a master controll unit) which allows you to use the big touchscreen in the back of the terrorbyte like the computer in your arcade basement, you gotta buy the darnell bros garment factory and the actual terrorbyte uppgrades themselves. If you’re on PC let me know and ill help you out with farming if you need it.

Another thing to point out for the Elysian island nightclub is if u are right outside it, when u request ur personal vehicle via interaction menu or mechanic it will either spawn in terminal or the highway just to the north of the nightclub, meaning you’ll never get into ur vehicle quickly

Like someone else said, buying businesses based on supply missions is ridiculous. Get Kosatka first, do Perico heist on your own a few times and you got enough cash to buy pretty much anything. Then do businesses, stealing supplies is a huge waste of time that can be used for something way more productive, so I simply just buy them. I have all the upgrades on them, so I still profit alot without having to consider the game my second job. Resupply missions (and some of the sell missions) are annoying as hell, so I don't waste my time doing them. Best locations? Close to one another to highly reduce travel time. Worried about griefers? Solo sessions exist. It's not that hard.

For the MC clubhouse, the advantage to buying one in the city is that you can do the client jobs with the motorcycles. Most of the time the drop offs are within the city. As for the businesses, they aren't even worth doing by themselves. People should really only buy them once they have a nightclub, so they can make money in the background. I don't even upgrade those businesses, I just have them for the nightclub. The drawback to that is once you set them up, hitting the stash house will automatically fill any one of them. So if you like to fill up your acid lab or bunker with the stash house that might decrease the chances of one of those getting filled.

You can fill the MC businesses you don't want to refill once, and never touch them again. When you hit the stash house, you're gonna resupply one of the businesses that have not been completely stuffed already.

I think if your MC businesses are full on production the stash goes to bunker or acid. So you can get the resuply and then make the deliveries

@@Yearneer Those missions are awful compared to single sell from bunker/acid lab and even for less money. Especially that bunker and acid can be sold in public lobbies with huge bonus. My 5 MC's working for night club (hangar&bunker too) and coke/meth/weed are fully upgraded and supplied from stash houses for free, which i sell only at street dealers by using job teleports to save time.

Think only matched with your advice a couple of times, but I find owning the 5 most southern special cargo warehouses is best as the planes spawn at LSIA and tugs are always somewhere along the south shores. Saves me a bit of time to get to the planes and boats anyway.

Facility should be route 68, there is a spawn for planes and helicopters almost ON top of the facility, a vehicle spawn for cars just in front of the facility and its a 20 m walk to the main road without any cliffs or buildings like the senora desert one

Back when the MC businesses were the only real way to make money I got half of them in the city, half of them in the desert. That way, when I deliver one, I'm closer to the next. For example, if my cocaine lockup is in the desert, I do a long distance delivery which finishes in the city, where my meth lab is, so I deliver that which leaves me in the desert, near my weed factory. No one cares about resupply missions, it actually saves money to buy supplies - 'cause you can be earning more than it costs instead of wasting time doing resupply missions.

I'm not sure if beaching the Kosatka for setups actually saves time because you lose so much time by doing so. If you own an Oppressor MKII and you know how to job warp, it's just so much quicker to just job warp, grab the stuff, and fly back to Kosatka. Beaching it just doesn't really make up for all that time lost.

Great locations in the center of the city, problem is your focusing on resupplies instead of the important part, the sale. All MC businesses should be in the sandy shores region because it’s guaranteed in the city instead of the businesses in the city and most of the time the my go to Paleto bag which is risky in public lobbies

The 4 on the right side of the city, they're in a pretty vertical line. Idk if all of them are the 111 crate warehouses but if youre serious about the making bank I would recommend buying only 111 crate warehouses. There's one near the top of LS, decently close to Eclipse Tower apartments, one of my buddies has that one and it's great too.

@Atomik0468 I had the one near eclipse and moved it because there were always people fighting near that LS and the mall, which quickly turned into cargo griefers. That location seems to get ghost raided a lot, too. I moved that one down by terminal, just northwest (I don't remember the name). Any location close to Terminal has the added benefit of a quick mixed goods sell mission from your assistant in the CEO office that makes $50K in about 5 min (48 min cooldown) by delivering from one of your warehouses to the Terminal cargo ship.

Great informative video. I'm always interested in other players' experience and improving mine. Here are a few notes from my experience. MC clubhouse: I currently have La Mesa, and though it's not a massive money maker, there are still the bar resupply (for passive income) and the motorcycle repair/deliveries (similar to the autoshop customer car service). La Mesa is close to main highways, and you can use the canal to help avoid NPCs during bar resupply. I've found most bar resupplies to be in the city with an occasional one in Sandy Shores. La Mesa isn't far from most delivery points for the customer motorcycles, too. Since I bought this location all deliveries have been under 2 miles in the city. MC business sale question? With your recommended locations, how are the sell missions? I agree on the document business not really being worth owning, but there is a small benefit to owning one. When double or triple sale bonuses hit, it'll make an ok amount of money. The other benefit is it saves you $10K on the purchasable cars from your chop shop by owning it. I rarely do anything with mine, but there is minor use for it. Nightclub: When considering what was the best location, I see that you considered the sale missions and their proximity to destinations. I do a lot of business battles to acquire goods, and I have found Strawberry and La Mesa to be the best 2 options with almost straight travel routes between the salvage yard and steel foundry. I rarely use MK2's but I can typically match or beat players going to other locations when I'm in a car vs their MK2. Strawberry is overpopulated and can be a challenge to get in and out of. La Mesa has the advantage of the canals and multiple access points with only one real disadvantage, when you deliver goods in a car, your car will spawn the other side of the building, which is easily fixed by getting out of the car to deliver. For sell missions, I find they're relatively similar in time frames for your preferred 2 and the 2 I mentioned.
