This is so nice!!! I can’t believe this is possible on bandlab. I was following you until it became math🤣. Although I plan to binge watch this until I understand; should one become familiar with music theory first?Is this music theory? Or could I just make a good beat without it because it’s a little overwhelming for beginner.

Like you already know where to put each note beforehand (cheat code)I am extremely new to beat making and was wondering if this process is music theory? So I can start there first. I know some people say it’s not necessary.
