Just twigged to me with the music video, is that Olllie had heavy drug issues that threatened to end the band, but he credited them with saving his life by helping him through rehab (as stated during an awards speech at 2014 NME Awards). This music video shows him going through hell (and portrayed as a monster) surrounded by his vices and looking for a way out, which comes at the end with the band literally saving his life from drowning by pulling him out.
