Hard to believe that I have been listening to this for over 20 years! Had to special order the CD it was on because no one else had heard of it. There have been a few times in my life that I've gone down a rabbit hole and decided to spend the money on something that others would have thought foolish. But buying "four songs" was a great decision! Alexi has accompanied me on many a trip. Thank you Alexi and keep doing what you are doing!

Truly wonderful and as some others have pointed out a major nod towards Nick Drake but I would also include a large dab of John Martyn in that vocal styling... Yeah, it's weird. This is the version on the EP. I originally heard this song on Music Choice on TV I listened to this song first thing every morning and when I went to sleep. (Appropriately enough) Then comes the album version comes along and makes this one sound slightly inferior, which is nothing short of remarkable. The other remarkable thing is, I feel in essence, this is a superior song to Orange Sky. Blue Mind I feel is very personal, while Orange Sky is more global. Wonderful songwriter.
