When I lived in Oregon back in the 80's, I decided to fire my doctor and studied the Medicine Wheel, thanks to the Circle of Life, and for 21 years, I did my Own healing , mediation, the medicine wheel music, and ground myself to Mother Earth, Father Sky, Grand Father Universe, used nature to self heal. It worked for me. Understanding ones mind, body soul and prayer, and I do believe in God.

During a really tough time, both physically and mentally, I used this mantra. I have a healthy body, mind and spirit. To hear it as an actual song is beautiful. Only just discovered Alexia 5 days ago and I am loving her energy! Amazing.
