I asked my mom if a character in this show had to die, who would she be ok with and she said “Probably Dan.” Well… she’s gonna regret it eventually 🤣

Love the reaction, I'm a bit of an empath vampire so people reacting to episodes like this are always my favorite. Don't worry about sociopaths getting theirs, they have something very special waiting for them.

Dan made many mistakes in his life, but I think the biggest guilt on him must be putting Trixie in mortal danger the day he told Tiernan on S4 that Lucifer was the person who had broken Julian's back. Recall that Tiernan sent his thugs to Lucifer's penthouse and they almost killed Trixie. I think Dan could never get over that guilt.

Why did they kill Dan? I am sure there will be other, knowledgeable fans telling you. It was the decision of Kevin Alejandro (the actor who plays him).

It wasn't especially his decision, they decided it because that was supposed to be the last season at first. This show is about redemption, so they needed to end Dan's character arc reuniting him in Heaven with Charlotte. And when appeared there would be a season 6, they changed it a bit bringing him to Hell. It was the only way for him to show up in the next season, because this season was almost done

@@oxanatarashchuk4598 there was an interview with Joe Henderson (showrunner) who said that they asked all main actors what they wanted to include in this (supposed to be last) season , Kevin said them that he wanted to do a death scene.He was shocked when Netflix asked them to do a season 6 after that. He will be in season 6 but it was really the wish from Kevin to do a death scene

It's funny that I know how Lucy ends but I'm not going to spoil it. I mean the final season, but who cares about that. I find myself in a lovecraftian nightmare right now, suicide prevention is not going to work I've already succeeded and still here, my question becomes is it right to impose my morality?

Quick realization I know suicide saviors look badass but we are anything but, don't try to emulate us unless you're actually suicidal, then welcome all we've got a badass way for you to die.
