Seems like there is a trend with MU not being able to get out the full value from its players and in a way having good talented players brought morally down so their game is not good anymore. Alexis feels great and plays very well at inter, like he has done in any other club he’s played to except MU. So to me seems like something wrong with MU maybe manager or something else.

I really do admire alexis as a player. Fantastic player who lost that magical touch somewhere on the way due to injuries and lack of playing time. I belive he will come back strongly and will do better with the reds in his second chance . if he works on his pace and accuracy the depth of the squad will increase. United have lot of speedsters like rashford james martial awb brandon shaw and with fernandes pogba mctominay and fred he can combine well with squad immideatly. 3:08 what a pass to rashford the way he turned and dummies three players its an extra ordinary skill expecially when counter attacking. He was facing lukaku before that full 360 rotation thats not easy when four defenders are covering you all around. He executed that perfectly with that rotation and pass to rashford even the defending players never thought of move like that.

True. I think it’s because he was used to a drastically different style of playing. At Barcelona and Arsenal he played very offensive and possession-based football. And then at United he suddenly had to play in Mourinhos very defensive system, doing the dirty work and tracking back isn’t what he usually does

For Chile, Arsenal and Barcelona he really showed that ferocity, if he lost the ball, he gave his life to get it back. It's been less and less simply due to injuries sadly showing his age more.

Every club has bad signings and they live with the poor value, no one wants it to be the top earner because it unsettles the players and fans. It also makes them hard to shift. There are a small number of people worth top wages, if they dont deliver the performances everyone connected to the club gets angry. Obviously they would be frustrated but lower fee and wages it is more forgivable.
