NYC FALL WEEK IN MY LIFE. we are doing a full monday-sunday week in my life where we are going to a knicks game, broadway show, halloween, working from home, and much more. i think this is the longest vlog i have ever done. spend the week and chat with me while we hang out (and you hear about some unfortunate things that happened in my apartment)

here's a suggestion Alexis.. for trying to get up early in the morning.. how about.. drinking water before bed ..going to bed at around 11:30pm.. the latest at 12:30am.. when you feel to use the bathroom because you drank water.. it will help you to get up early in the morning.. it was worked for me. Lol I'm not saying it will work for you.. I'm just offering you a suggestion 😅💯

2 cups shredded cauliflower 3 cups chopped broccoli 2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth (or vegetable broth) 2 cups water 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 medium onion, diced 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground pepper 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard 4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, cut into cubes ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese put all the ingredients in a crock pot for 4-6 hours and then in the last 30 add the cream cheese and cheddar! I got the recipe from the blog tone-and-tighten
