Think I will give a couple of these a try, but I wish these companies would provide samples or a way to try them because they are so expensive. I bought the As I Am Cowash & for my oldest (B & C mix) I didn't find it moisturizing or great slip. I used it on my youngest (B) & his hair started to fall out. The Mane Choice Proceed With Caution is good, but Target put it on clearance a few months back. Great review!

Bounce curl although overlooked has some amazing products for coily hair. The Ayurvedic Deep Conditioner, and the Butta are noteworthy but everything is great. While I’m all in on buying black owned, as a man with consideration for clean ingredients, most black owned brands are so fragrant it either is too feminine or just makes me nauseous. Bounce curl either has only oil blended fragrance or is so light it doesn’t conflict with colognes or natural body fragrances.
