I use to sleep in till 7. Drink on weekends. Smoke a pack every two days. Smoked weed. Had kids. Kept doing it. Until one day I said enough is enough. I quit cold turkey. Took me about a week but I managed to get up at 530. Now, I get up at 5, I’m sober, no more cigs, and my kids are a lot more happier. I’m not happy, trust me but it’s not about me anymore and I understand that. I will get callous, I will let my feet bleed, I will fucking go mental before I let my kids life the life I had.
