Thinking about my high school experience now, ten years later, I remember that, although I wasn't the most unpopular kid in the school, I was stressed all the time thinking about what other people think about me. I dabbled in suicidal thoughts and managed to get out of that on my own, and so on. In conclusion, I would most definitely not do it all over again. And, as Alex said, life does keep getting better after graduation.

Well she wanted NYU, living in NYC and paying tuition even with basic scholarships can cost you about $50k upwards of hundreds of thousands overall throwing in living expenses. You need really good scholarships, affordable housing and hope your college in the university is one of the cheaper ones. My winter classes at NYU were devasting blows to my pockets but state college the rest of the year helped.
