I'm glad that you have now discovered Linda Ronstadt. She had one of the greatest voices ever and an incredible range of genres. My all time favorite is her singing Blue Bayou - it is a classic!

I cried when I heard Linda Ronstadt could no longer sing. There is simply no one who can touch her voice. I've been a fan since I first heard her in the late 60's.

If she made an recording of nursery rhymes I’d buy it

This is our Mexican music. A note is held with vibrato for a long time. That's why not all singers can sing with mariachi music. I recommend "El Pastor" with the mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán. Greetings from JALISCO MEXICO 🇲🇽

With a name like Ronstadt, I was very surprised to learn she had a mexican ancestry in her documentary.

Linda liked to cover Motown songs. Why don’t you react to her version of Smoky Robinson’s “Oooh Baby Baby” from her Living in the USA album? Great saxophone on it too.

The art and ability to hone into your craft is no longer part of what music is today. No longer is the process of diving into the emotions of creating a story, placing it on paper and the told through your voice. Then to control the listener with the vocal power of their instrument, without auto tune- The story tellers are gone.
