FYI if you wanna be in the best state to drive. Drink an energy drink right before taking a 15-20min nap. It takes 15-20 min for the caffeine in the drink to hit your system. So when you wake up from your nap youre all wired up 😈🫡 try it next time Alex

Best recommendation for a nap is to take a 26 minute nap before you hit REM that way you get adequate sleep and without waking up more exhausted

Honestly Alex, I would consider purchasing a 30 degree sleeping bag. On really cold nights it helps you stay warm and toasty while the temperature can get as cold as 25 degrees.
