"A little bit of a crush" is *sooo* understating it. If Amity was crushing any more, she'd be making neutronium... Cartoon characters where one is oblivious to the other's feelings (for far too long) are, of course, a trope - I blame the Japanese... ;) That said, I suspect Luz will catch on somewhere in the 2nd season - she's not an idiot, and this show *likes* to flip tropes.

Im just glad there relationship mainly Amitys feelings towards Luz was developed so strongly overtime making it seem more realistic!
