When tying our cheer shoes, we take the laces and cross them under the shoe bring them back up and tie them if that makes any sense

Don't be nervous. The best advice I can give you is, "fake it until you make it". Say during tryouts you mess up, there is a good chance that the coaches won't see. So just don't let them see it on your face or in your body language that you have messed up. Be confident and encouraging to the other athletes and smile. You should also check out my cheer tryouts videos!! They might help if you've never done cheer before.

I think it's because Nfinity is a brand for cheer only I believe so the way they make their shoes tends to be loved by cheerleaders. Other brands make other shoes so cheer isn't their only focus. Nfinity is great and so are other brands, I just think Nfinitys works the best because they are so thin and flexible.
