in an interview she talks about how when writing a lot of songs she felt manipulated by people, including record execs. i think it has something to do with the fact that there are people are who demand profits forgetting that we are just humans and nothing more. we are all equal, we all have family and loved ones, we all have regrets and hopes and wishes, but sometimes people lack empathy or are corrupt. but at the end of the day we are all the same, we are all simply human.
