Apparently, Nintendo isn’t happy about their games being showcased on handhelds, especially low-cost Chinese ones-at least that’s what I saw from reviews on larger channels. Because of this, I recently tested a hard drive with 10k games and avoided showing anything from Nintendo to prevent this kind of situation.

It's not that it's all bad in Ryunjix, but there are still many things that need to be improved, such as the audio lag in cutscenes when running the game at 60fps and slowdowns in some parts.

Version 1.0.11 of Sudachi is completely messed up, with several regressions. At the moment, especially if you want to play newer games, the best options are Citron or Torzu.

A shame because I just tested Citron with Unicorn Overlord and the game slowing down after every "special effect" moment (characters using flashy moves and etc), that remains a thing, fps drops to 50, sometimes 40fps, then return to normal, etc.. kinda reminds me FF Tactics on the PSP, literal slow motion before any spell

@RRRRRRRRR33 Did you test the version released a day ago? It’s a game-changer! Also, check if the GPU accuracy is set to "Normal." In previous installations, the default was set to "High," which caused a significant performance drop in several games.

@@AlexwpiGame Yep, I notice the GPU accuracy is set to high by default. I tried a couple of settings combinations, vulkan, opengl, etc.. but the sluggish frame rate remains a thing. It's not a spoiler because this is the intro of the game: storm/rain effects, high leveled characters using fancy attacks and the framerate takes a hit when they are executing these attacks. I've watched footage from the original hardware, supposedly the game has to keep the 60fps in the intro battles, but on my end, I noticed these frame drops in multiple emulators (ryujinx, yuzu, torzu, sudachi... now citron. Who knows, maybe this is a AMD GPU thing, I have a RX 7600)

hey can you help me with sonic x shadow generations i really want it to work in yuzu and all its forks it works but has a weird dark filter on it that makes the game darker than it should it even glitches a bit showing how the game should look and when i use chaos control the FPS becomes so low in ryujinx and its forks the game works but not as good performance as yuzu (that is always the case for me in other games) and when i use chaos control the game crashes i tried multiple settings in both emulators with nothing working any help?

It runs very well, but it will freeze because the emulator can't handle too many shaders. You can play for around 1-2 hours before it crashes. I still prefer running it on Ryujinx because it doesn't freeze.

My biggest problem with citron is that all the files of the games are stored inside the citron folder and not in the appdata folder of windows, which makes it very hard to change updates because if you dont backup everything you will endup losing all the files

If you used Yuzu before, you just have to copy the "keys", "load" and "nand" folders from user/appdata/roaming/yuzu to the citron folder. As for updating, just copy and rewrite files, these folders I mentioned are empty by default saved by the auto generated keys. Honestly I prefer config files to be in the open instead of "hidden" in the appdata, this crap is always a pain in the ass
