You're sort of correct. This piece was based and inspired by a movie soundtrack. Tucker a man and his dream. Preston Tucker was a car manufacturer in the late 1940s. Search KZbin for "Tucker captain of industry" and listen. Almost identical. Another that comes close is "happy go lively" by Laurie Johnson.
